Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns must meet the following conditions:

• Proof of purchase is provided

• Items are unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging

Items purchased during our sale period can be returned or exchanged within 7 days.

Nu-haus interiors will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

Please note: exclusions apply to custom and made-to-order items.

INCORRECT ITEM / FAULTY / DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL

Sometimes these things happen. If you have received a damaged or faulty item, or an item that you did not order, please take a photo and email us at info@nu-haus.net as soon as you receive your order and we will get back to you asap

Australian Shipping

  • Free shipping on orders over $150 (excludes bulky items).
  • Orders under $150: $12 flat rate (excludes bulky items)
  • Bulky items are calculated at checkout.

For larger items, contact info@nu-haus.net for a custom quote.

How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to dispatch all standard orders within 2 business days. We ship with Australia Post, so when your package arrives depends on where you live and the Parcel Post delivery times. Australia Post have provided the shipping estimates below, to give you an idea of when you should expect your order, so you can stalk your postie accordingly.
• QLD deliveries - Aim for Parcel Post items to arrive in 2 to 5 business days.
• Interstate metro deliveries - Aim for Parcel Post items to arrive in 3 to 6 business days.
• Interstate regional deliveries – Aim for Parcel Post items to arrive in 3 to 11 business days.
